April 2011, EZ Child ID System - granted to the police department and is valued at $4,850.
                   This system is used to create a permanent record for parents and caregivers of identifying
                   characteristics for children and the elderly who are at risk of becoming lost. This service is
                   provided to the public at no cost.

The Foundation is accepting donations for the following projects:

  • D.A.R.E. Summer Camp – annual amount needed 210,000. Goal Met for 2018.
                            We are now accepting donations for 2019.                          
  • Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) annual membership dues and     
    associated expenses.  The annual fundraising goal is $4,000.  Go to to learn more.                   
  • Carol Duncan Police Cadet Academic Scholarship -- $4250 annually to fund full scholarship to Franklin County
    High School graduate to attend Neosho County Community College after being hired as a part-time police
